How to Submit Forms
This year, all forms must be submitted electronically. This ensures that parents have a copy of the forms that are submitted for their own records and helps us have better access to completed forms when we are away from school.
 
Please use this link to submit your forms. You must have ALL forms completed and ready to submit at one time. Forms should be submitted as a pdf file. You can create a pdf from your iPhone using the “Notes” app, or you can use a scanner app (non-iphone users).
